Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CivesMed's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Provided

CivesMed provides immigration consultation and assistance services, including but not limited to:

• Visa application assistance
• Residence permit applications
• Citizenship services
• Immigration compliance support
• Document preparation and review

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your application
• Respond promptly to our requests for information
• Pay agreed fees in accordance with our payment terms
• Comply with all applicable immigration laws and regulations
• Inform us immediately of any changes to your situation

Fees and Payment

Service fees will be agreed upon before we begin work on your case. Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in your service agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as specifically stated in writing.

No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide the best possible service, we cannot guarantee the approval of any visa, permit, or citizenship application. Immigration decisions are made by government authorities and are beyond our control.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

Termination

Either party may terminate our service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees for services already provided. We will return any original documents in our possession.

Limitation of Liability

CivesMed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any errors or omissions in application materials.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
